Sing Peace! Sunday, March 30, 2014

What a delight it has been seeing your daughters rehearse for this Sunday’s Sing Peace! concert. This is such a great opportunity to work with another conductor, an adult choir and an orchestra. I want to remind you that there is one more rehearsal after today on Wednesday from 4:30-8:30. Because this is a longer rehearsal, please send your daughter with a sack dinner so she doesn’t “starve” before the evening is over. Also, as Mr. Gagiu recommended, it would be good for the girls to get a little extra sleep during this busy week.

Please email me if you already know your daughter will not be singing with us, will be arriving late or needs to leave early, even if you think I may have already been informed. I build rosters for the Greeter and Chaperones off this information.

On concert day please call me on the SGC cell phone (206) 696-3240 if you will be delayed or unable to attend. This phone accepts texts too, be sure to leave your name, number and expected time of arrival.

Thanks,

Barbara
