PV – Winterfest & Make the Season Bright Call Sheet
Date: December 8, 2018
Call Time: 11:30am
Drop Off: Please drop your daughter off at the corner of 2nd Ave N and Thomas St, by the Seattle Children’s Theater, where our curb greeters will be stationed. We advise turning off of Denny onto 2nd Ave N and letting your daughter off before you turn left onto Thomas so your daughter does not have to cross the street.
Uniform: Black ¾ sleeve dress, black stockings, black character shoes. Hair away from face, natural or no makeup, no nail polish. Please arrive dressed and ready to sing. You may bring a change of shoes, but you will not have time to change clothes.
Performances: Winterfest: 12:30-1:30 in the Armory. Please come watch – it’s free!
Make the Season Bright: 4-5pm at First Church, 180 Denny Way.
All proceeds benefit Treehouse for Kids.
Parking: There are many lots around Seattle Center, all of which vary between $5 and $20 depending on demand and event schedule. The lot at 150 Denny Way, entrance on Warren Ave, is the most convenient to get to after Make the Season Bright.
Pick Up: 5:15pm in the lobby of First Church, 180 Denny Way.
Additional Information: Please have your daughter bring a sack lunch! She will not be able to go buy lunch in between concerts. If this changes we will let you know, but better safe than sorry. Snacks for sharing encouraged.
