Call Time: 3:45-4:00
Drop Off: Westin Seattle Valet drop off area and main entrance of hotel located at 1901 Westlake Ave.
- Pull into valet area and drop off your chorister with SGC staff
- Do not bring chorister into the hotel, we will be escorting groups from the valet station.

Uniform: Arrive concert ready preferred. (Choristers can change in greenroom if needed)
Blue Velvet uniform dress, black tights, black performance shoes, hair tidy and away from face. We will have pink bows with us if your chorister still needs hers.
The following choristers – Jamie will be bringing your dress to the green room. Please bring your black tights and black shoes, and be prepared to change quickly upon arrival: Scarlett, Annika, Riya, Xena
If you do not have your blue velvet dress yet and I have not emailed you already, please email me ASAP so we can locate your dress!
The hotel will provide small stacks and/or you may send one with chorister.
Flow: SGC & event staff to escort choristers to their greenrooms. SGC in one room, boys in other. Brief warm up with Ms. Clobes and Ms. Janelle, technical rehearsal in event room, final touch up in greenroom, snacks. Entertainment begins w/dance group, NWBC, SGC, sing-along w/SGC & NWBC on stage. All choristers exit out of hall, dinner service begins for guests.
Pick-up: 6:40 in Valet area for choristers going home. SGC staff will be in Valet area with choristers until all are picked up.
6:30 for choristers joining their family for event. We will bring choristers up to lobby of Grand Ballrooms with coats etc.
Additional Information: Please email Jamie if your daughter has been excused from performing by Ms. Clobes just to be sure we don’t phone you that afternoon.
