Allegra Lessons & Carols Call Sheet
Technical Rehearsal – Extended 4:30pm-7:00pm Tuesday Dec 3rd 2019
Location: Trinity Episcopal Church, 609 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104
Uniform: 2019 Navy Camp shirt and your choice on bottom
Music: Bring your black binder with your Lessons and Carols music.
Drop off: Please pull onto 8th (we recommend you come from Cherry towards James so your daughter doesn’t have to cross a busy corner) and have your daughter enter the church through the front double red doors.
Pick up: 7:00 Street parking is free after 6pm. You may enter at either set of red doors – either the front ones she entered from or the red door to the side of the sanctuary in the garden where a curb parent will be there to assist with drive-by pickups.
Parking: Paid street parking available & it is free after 6pm., if you prefer to park while your daughter is rehearsing. However, attendance within the tech rehearsal is limited to chaperones, staff, & choristers
Performance Day – Sunday December 8th.
Call Time: 1:30pm. Please have your daughter enter the red double doors on 8th Ave, next to the corner of 8th and James.

Uniform: Red Robes & White Cassock, patent leather black shoes & nude stockings Under the choir robes they can wear anything as long as it doesn’t show above the collar and below the robe. Except for the nude stockings. I suggest a choir t-shirt.
Robes & Cassocks should be returned immediately after the concert. This means girls should bring a change of clothes. Please arrive in uniform with hair away from face, no makeup, no jewelry, no nail polish.Performance: 3:00 – tickets still available. Click here.
This really is an exceptional experience and we highly recommend you attend. If you have music loving friends this will dazzle. Trust me!
Music: Please remove all music from your black binder except the Lessons and Carols packet – this will make it easier to hold up for the entire concert.
**Pickup Time: 4:15 pm at the post-concert reception in the church parish hall, which is the building right next to the church along 8th Ave. Please check your daughter out with the Chaperone.**
Parking: Street parking is free on Sundays. Skyline garage around the corner;
