Ava Linvog recently earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in music from Vassar College. Since she started playing piano when she was 5, Ava has performed in a wide variety of settings including chamber music, art song and opera accompaniment, large and small jazz ensembles, and in pit orchestras. The highlights of her musical career have been performing as a soloist with Vassar’s orchestra and wind ensemble. She also served as a music theory intern during her time at Vassar, the result of her interest in the close relationship between analysis and interpretation. In her free time, Ava enjoys reading, learning new languages, and going for long runs.
