Emily Herivel – Vivissimi Conductor

Emily Herivel is a multi-faceted musician and Teaching Artist with a rich choral background and a deep love of Music Education. Outside of SGC, she works at Epiphany Parish Seattle as both a Staff Singer and a Founding Faculty Member of Epiphany Music Academy, where she teaches Voice, Trumpet, Piano, and Early Childhood Music. She is fluent in many genres of vocal and instrumental music, including but not limited to: Opera, Oratorio, Classical, Romantic, Baroque, Renaissance, Early/Ancient Music, Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Folk, World, Musical Theater, and more. Emily has performed with/been a member of Epiphany Schola, Early Music Hawaii, Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater, Choral Arts Northwest, The Dickens Carolers, Bellevue Opera Chorus, Cora Voce, Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra, The Greenwood Concert Band, Trinity Brass, and Choir of the West. Ms. Herivel has been playing and singing in and around the Greater Seattle Area since she was 12 years old and teaching professionally since 2006.
