Mara Wald (BA, Sociology and Education Studies, Bryn Mawr College) is excited to be in the SGC community in both the office and the classroom. In Seattle, Mara has worked as a Learning Coordinator at Woodland Park Zoo, a music specialist and songleader at Temple Beth Am, and a middle school subsitute teacher! She is excited to be working in music education, arts administration, and helping to introduce young choristers to music and choral singing. In her free time, Mara loves to spend time with her dog, Osha, read novels, knit, swim in lakes (when possible!), and learn new techniques on the guitar.
