Now Hiring: Administrative and Accounting Coordinator
Part Time, Hourly Position – $32-35 per hour, 15-20 hours/week. Some flexibility in scheduling work hours, but the majority will be within SGC office hours Mon-Thurs 10am-3pm. Option to work in-office and/or remotely, but should be available to come in for meetings and events as needed.
Position Overview: Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will support the smooth running of Seattle Girls Choir’s finances and infrastructure. The Administrative and Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the organization’s accounting systems, payroll and tax filings, tracking choir member information for billing and roster purposes, and supporting administrative needs of staff.
Start Date: June 2024
