Call Time: 9:15 for Sorella
Chorister Drop Location: Drop off is on Seneca, heading east, between Hubble and 8th Ave., at the West Entrance Passenger Load Zone of Town Hall. Look for SGC sign and chorister escort/greeter parents that will be standing at the curb to help. Map below.
· Pull up to the curb for drop and a greeter will come to the car door to escort choristers to the entrance and green room where she will join her choir level.
Uniform: Choristers should arrive ready to rehearse with their black 3/4 sleeve uniform, black nylons, black soft soled performance flats with them.
Sorella set up will start upon arrival and conclude at 9:50. Stowing uniforms in PV green room on main lobby level.
Sorella should return to Town Hall by10:50, using the west entrance once again, go up to the lobby level PV green room to change. Sorella warm up starts at 11:00 lobby level, ready to enter stage immediately following Dolcine’s rehearsal at 11:10. Run through finishing at 11:20 when PV will process on to stage, Adrian/Lilliana/Sonya blend into position with PV and they begin their tech runthrough.
