Susanna Valleau – Prime Voci and Allegra Accompanist

Susanna Valleau began studying the piano at the age of seven, and remembers being unable to walk past the piano without sitting down to play. At age seventeen, upon hearing Widor’s famous Toccata for the first time, she became enthralled with the organ and started taking lessons. Susanna went on to earn her Bachelors of Music (Lawrence University) and Masters of Music (University of Washington) in organ performance, and has earned top prizes in multiple nation-wide organ competitions. In addition to serving as music director of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in Shoreline, WA, Susanna performs recitals across the country, maintains an active piano studio, and collaborates regularly as an accompanist and in chamber music settings on piano, harpsichord, and organ.
