Call Time: 11:00 for Prime Voci – note, all 6 levels are carefully staggered for their arrival at the West Entrance
Chorister Drop Location: Drop off is on Seneca, heading east, between Hubble and 8th Ave., at the West Entrance Passenger Load Zone of Town Hall. Look for SGC sign and chorister escort/greeter parents that will be standing at the curb to help. Map below.
· Pull up to the curb for drop and a greeter will come to the car door to escort choristers to the entrance and green room where she will join her choir level.
Uniform: Choristers should arrive concert ready in black 3/4 sleeve uniform, black nylons, black soft soled performance flats.
· Arrive wearing VocalEase mask.
· No jewelry. We appreciate it if hair is pulled away from the face with a band or clip that blends in with her hair. No sparkles or bows please.
· Arrive well fed, with a water bottle.
Useful information for parents/guests attending the concert.
· Main entrance for attendees will open at 11:15.
o Per Town Hall and King County, all guests must show ID, vaccination card or PCR negative test taken within 72 hours at these doors for entrance.
o Please bring your ticket confirmation email that notes your assigned seats.
· Doors to the Great Hall open at 11:30 for you to get settled in your assigned seating.
· The concert, and Livestream, starts at 12:00.
· Allow time for parking as Town Hall no longer has a parking lot. Parking is available at various lots in the area including the Polyclinic (8th & Marion), Marion Street Garage (between 7th & 8th), etc. More info here Plan Your Visit – Town Hall Seattle
· The concert will conclude at about 1:30.
· SGC asks that there be no flash photos or videos taken during the performance. They are a distraction for the choristers and conductors.
