Piccolini Holiday Recital Call Sheet Dec 17th
Welcome to your daughter’s first performance of the year! About a week before every performance you will receive a Call Sheet like this one by email. It will also be posted in the members section of the website, at https://seattlegirlschoir.org/members/, where you can also find volunteer opportunities for concerts, schedules for each choir level, and other information. This recital is a fun chance for the girls to show you what they have been working on this fall.
TECHNICAL REHEARSAL 12/10: The Technical rehearsal takes place during the normal rehearsal day this Tuesday, Dec 10. We need to start at 4:30 sharp, so if you can come a little earlier than usual that would be very helpful. At this Technical rehearsal, we do a walk-through of the performance from beginning to end. From walking up into the sanctuary to the exit down into their rehearsal room where you will pick them up. It is important for them to attend this rehearsal so they will be prepared for their performance the following week.
DECEMBER 17 RECITAL
Location: The Choir Center (normal rehearsal space) 1300 E Aloha.
Call Time: Your daughter will attend rehearsal like normal, arriving at 4:30 and getting a snack break.
Performance Time: 5:30 in the sanctuary
Pickup: 6pm from the Piccolini classroom
Uniform: We encourage the girls to perform in party dresses or similar festive attire if they have time to change after school. No high heels, please.
Parking: Church parking lot or neighborhood parking. Note, Allegra and Dolcine will not be rehearsing that day so the lot should be a bit more forgiving.
