Master Call Sheet for SGC 40th Spring Concert
If you know your daughter is unable to participate please email Jamie. Even if you’ve told your daughter’s conductor so that we can prepare rosters for chaperones and avoid needless phone calls to you.
All choir levels will have technical rehearsals the week of June 6th. It is important choristers attend so they will know what to expect.
Specific choir call times are:

Chorister Drop Location: Drop off is on Seneca, heading east, between Hubble and 8th Ave., at the West Entrance Passenger Load Zone of Town Hall. Look for SGC sign and chorister escort/greeter parents that will be standing at the curb to help. Map below.
Arrive concert ready in uniform.
- Arrive wearing black medical grade mask. (SGC will have extras on hand)
- No jewelry. We appreciate it if hair is pulled away from the face with a band or clip that blends in with her hair. No sparkles or bows please.
Note: choirs will have photos taken on stage so important to arrive in uniform
Arrive well fed and with a sack lunch.
Dolcine and Piccolini to be checked out at intermission. Please send one parent down to lowest level to check chorister out from chaperone. Stairs down can be found on the lobby level next to the Great Hall stairs.
All other choir levels will be checked out by one parent from the green room at the end of the concert.
Useful information for parents/guests attending the concert.
- Main entrance for attendees will open at 12:15.
- Please bring your ticket confirmation email that notes your assigned seats.
- Doors to the Great Hall open at 12:30 for you to get settled in your assigned seating.
- The concert starts at 1:00.
- Allow time for parking as Town Hall no longer has a parking lot. Parking is available at various lots in the area including the Polyclinic (8th & Marion), Marion Street Garage (between 7th & 8th), etc. More info here Plan Your Visit – Town Hall Seattle
- The concert will conclude shortly after 3pm.
- Please send one parent down to check your chorister out from their Green Room.
