Ben Wedeking is a Des Moines, Iowa native and multi-instrumentalist who specializes in stringed instruments. Trained in classical, jazz, and popular styles, Ben has worked as a pianist in a variety of settings. He currently accompanies Vivissimi in addition to performing as the pianist for services at Living Interfaith Church in Lynnwood, WA. In the past, he has collaborated with Des Moines-based jazz vocalist Max Wellman, accompanied for Heartland Youth Choirs, in addition to performing with a variety of popular ensembles. He attended the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University and earned a B.M. in Classical Guitar Performance, an M.M. in Classical Guitar Performance, and an M.M. in Violin Performance.
